Personal:

My name is Mat. I am 23 years old and married to the love of my life. I like snowboarding, snowmobiling, running....pretty much most sports, although in the last few months I have realy been focusing on my running. I currently live in Augusta, GA right now with my wife, although in less than a year we plan to move back to the Leominster area. (near Boston) I am a nurse by profession, and a student progressing in both my education, career and overall health.

Today I did a 10 mile bike ride. It was real easy paced; I rode beside my wife as she did her first weekly distance run in her marathon training. This feels real weird, as the roles have changed. I am used to being the one running, while she supports me on the bike. I am very proud of her for taking up this great challenge. I will probably do an easy couple of miles tomorrow, but next week I'm going to limit my total mileage to 1/2 of my usual marathon training. I hope to start training for the space coast marathon by August.
